So. I’ve been noticing lately a massive change in my personal style, or at least what I wish I could be dressing myself with. When I was a teenager I only had two phases: Punk/goth and mousey wallflower. I was still in Mousey Wallflower phase when I got to college, and what got me out of that was meeting my current roommate (and constant BFF), which transformed me into a girl. I don’t think I really realized I was a girl before. I started wearing skirts and floral prints and realizing that my legs, which I had thought were abominations which should never see the light of day, were actually quite nice, possibly one of my best physical features. She helped me find an aesthetic. But I’ve come to realize that I don’t think my aesthetic is the same anymore. Sure I still like feminine silhouettes, and florals, and pencil skirts. But I also LOVE sack tops and inverted triangle silhouettes. I adore clunky/modern clog heels. So you’re going to be seeing some of that, now. Just thought I oughta warn you.
